Cancellation and Modification Policy
To cancel or modify your order reservation, please contact us (800) 710-5808 or email peoplescaremedical@gmail.com at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled rental start time.
(a) Your request will be processed free of charge if cancellation or modification request are received at least 24 hours before the start of your reservation time.
(b) A 25% fee will apply of the reserved product will be applied to compensate for our inability to rent out the product to other customers
(c) Any cancellation on or after the schedule delivery date is non-refundable and no credit will be issued.
(d) Delivery fee is non-refundable if order is canceled within 24 hours of the start time of your reservations.
(e) No refund for early returns, unused rental duration. Customer must carefully select rental duration service to match their needs to avoid any disagreements and misunderstandings.
(f) Company policy is to contact you at least 30 minutes in advance to confirm your delivery. Customers are responsible to answer call, text, & email. If you don't respond this may result in disciplinary action, including termination of your delivery ,no refunds or credits will be issued for incomplete delivered orders.
