A: Yes, we offer mobility scooters for sale and rent to meet the needs of all customers

A: We offer a range of mobility solutions, each client has different needs and options, including lightweight, heavy duty and extra large mobility devices designed for different needs and preferences.

A: Our electric convenience vehicle are available for anyone seeking convenient, affordable mobility solutions, for a short term need or an extended rental period.
Q: How can I rent a scooter today?
A: very simple, provide your name, date of service, delivery, pickup time, delivery location, user height & weight, billing address, credit card and email for your scooter rental reservation.
Q: Do you have an age requirement for renting a scooter?
A: Yes, renters must be at least 21 year old and present a valid ID at the time of delivery of rental product.
Q: How soon can i reserve a mobility scooter?
A: You can rent a scooter at least two (2) days in advance, first come first serve.
Q: Can i book ecv online?
A: Yes, you can book online through our rental page, just browse the type of vehicle, rental duration, delivery and pickup time that works best for you.
Q: Can i change or cancel my scooter rental reservation?
A: Yes, you can modify or cancel your reservation, we recommend calling us at (800) 710-5808 at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any fees. Please see our cancellation policy for more details.
Q: Where can i pickup and return the scooter rental?
A: All rentals covers delivery, pickup at most hotels, residence, airbnbs, theme parks, cruise ships for your convenience. You may also come to our store location in North Hollywood if your preferred.
Q: Does Peoples Care Medical offers extended rental?
A: Yes, you can contact us at 800-710-5808 as soon as possible, and we'll extend your rental scooter that simple.
Q: Do I get a refund if my order gets delivered late.
A: Refunds or price adjustments are not offered for product rentals. Our delivery technician will contact you at least 30 minutes prior to delivery. It is your responsibility to answer calls, texts, and emails. If you are running late, please contact us to modify the delivery time.
Q: What happen if I missed delivery driver when not at home?
A: Choose between leaving equipment with a bike chain lock or rescheduling for an additional fee of $45. (apartments, studios, residential or airbnbs only)
Q: Are scooters inspected prior to rental?
A: Yes, each scooter undergoes through maintenance and safety checks before every rental to ensure a reliable, comfortable and safety experience.
Q: How can I get help with a mobility scooter if I have issues?
A: Our customer support team is available by phone, text and email assist with any questions, concerns, issues you may have during your rental.
